Your fleets.

Book the whole demo fleet by the hour, pin a fleet to yourself week by week, or join the waitlist when every fleet is taken. Keep a pinned fleet by booking the next week before 00:00 on the Sunday of your last booked week. A week is 144 HC, and the more weeks you hold ahead, the bigger the discount on every week you book, up to 20%. The SparkPipe Customer Agreement applies.

The same service with its own accounts: purchases settle at once with no money, sign-in codes show on screen, the shared test clock moves time forward, and the API answers with a simulator instead of the fleets.

Key terms
  • For business, professional, commercial or independent research and development use, not as a household consumer.
  • Prepaid HC, at the price shown for the quantity you buy: now $20 each below 144 HC and $15 each from 144 HC, plus VAT. Each purchase lapses 12 months after issue unless you book with it.
  • HC books whole-fleet hours on the demo fleet and weeks on a fleet pinned to you, up to 52 weeks ahead. A booking is final.
  • A pinned fleet stays yours while you book the next week before 00:00 on the Sunday of your last booked week; otherwise it goes to the waitlist, ordered by locked HC.
  • HC has no cash value and is not refunded, unless we stop offering service for HC, close your account other than for your breach, HC locked in the waitlist would lapse, or the law requires a refund.
  • Requests and data are processed only on machines we operate in Korea and go to no other AI service. Your cache and files are deleted when another customer's booking of your fleet starts or 24 hours after your last hour on it.
  • Our liability is capped at what you paid us for HC in the 6 months before the claim. Korean law; arbitration in Seoul.

The Customer Agreement governs, and its Korean text prevails.

In the sandbox the code is filled in for you and nothing is emailed. Use two browsers to act as two customers.

Buy hour-credits

Paid by card or Korean bank transfer in won through Toss Payments, in a US-dollar stablecoin through CoinPayments, or by US dollar bank transfer (SWIFT) on the Buy page; the HC arrives once the payment completes.

Fleets

A pinned fleet serves only its holder. An available fleet can be pinned from the next Monday, unless the waitlist takes it first at 00:00 on Sunday.

Book weeks

Pin an available fleet from the next Monday, or extend a fleet pinned to you from the end of your last booked week. Each week runs Monday 00:00 to Sunday 24:00 KST, and Sunday is the free day. The discount counts the weeks you hold on that fleet, including the current week and the ones you are booking.
