What happens next
- Each purchase of HC lapses 12 months after it is issued unless you book with it, and the HC that lapses first is spent first. Your account shows every lot.
- In your account, book demo hours from 1 December 2026 and weeks on a fleet pinned to you from 4 January 2027, or join the waitlist. No booking is ever bumped.
- Receipts go to . A card payment's card slip is its VAT document; for a bank transfer or virtual account in won we issue an electronic tax invoice (세금계산서) to the Korean business registration number you gave; a USD bank transfer (SWIFT) carries 0% VAT, shown on the invoice we email. For anything else, write to hyor@sparkpipe.ai.
USD bank transfers (SWIFT) to make
Send each amount by SWIFT from your company's own account outside Korea, with its payment reference in the payment details and charges OUR, so that the whole amount arrives. Your HC is issued once the whole amount reaches our account. VAT is 0% on these transfers.
